why can't login to my.atlassian.com

always loop and redirect my and id, anyone can help me?

I has use other browser (Safari private mode), but same problem still.

Hi and welcome to the Atlassian community.

Just had a quick chat. I am able to login to my.atlassian.com with my credentials. Did you check with another browser.

If the problem still persists than i would suggest to reach out to the support team via https://support.atlassian.com/
