why am I not getting my completion certificate for Configure agile boards for Jira projects

I have completed the course "Configure agile boards for Jira projects" but unable to find the certificate.Could anyone help.

@spoorthi megeri welcome to the Atlassian community

First check and make sure that it is showing 100% complete. I have had it where my browser cache was not allowing one of the quizzes to show completed. I just cleared my cache and took it again and then everything showed completed and I was able to get the certificate.

When I check your profile I don't see it also. I would recommend reaching out to Atlassian Support.
