Hi everyone!
I have an issue with the support website not letting me see the status of my support ticket I've created with it. It keeps saying, "Unable to display request" every time I try to use the provided URL the agent gave to me through my email. I don't know if I have any permission errors or if there is a database error from the backend, but I'm very confused as to why this is happening right now. Can anyone help me out with this issue?
