I urgently need help recovering my Atlassian account which starts with . I logged in to prevent account loosing but then I missed an email stating that it is being closed. I just checked spam/junk folders and retrieved that notification. But it was late. I cannot access the support portal because I cannot log in.

Looks like your cloud site is deleted because of inactivity. Can you share me your email address against which I can create a support ticket with the relevant team and check if the site can be reactivated?

I checked with the internal team and for https://mkarapet.atlassian.net/ Jira was suspended due to inactivity on 04 Oct 2024, and it can no longer be reactivated.
Confluence was also suspended due to inactivity on 11 Jan 2026, and it also can't be reactivated. The products are completely deleted.

I have requested Atlassian Support on this request it can take 2 working days for them to respond.

Atlassian Cloud Support . I am bypassing the automated "by design" explanation as it does not address the critical nature of this situation.
The Confluence instance at mkarapet.atlassian.net contains years of proprietary data and critical documentation. I require immediate assistance in restoring access to this account.
If the site has already been deactivated due to the date passed, please initiate the site restoration process immediately or provide a temporary window for me to export my data.
Please escalate this ticket to a Senior Support Engineer or a Tier 2 Lead if you do not have the permissions to override the deactivation status. I look forward to a solution-oriented update.
