login issue

Hi, Im unable to login to any of atlassian products and atlassian itself, but Im able to login through google
I remember that Im using correct username and password
my account is harshika.gupta@blazeclan.com
Would like to know why and I would really to login without resetting anything

Hi Harshika,

Your account may have been created via SSO without a password and for Google login does not require a password on Atlassian side as Google completes the authentication for account. If you have stopped using SSO to login, you can set up a password via https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword . Please do raise a support ticket, if you are still unable to login using email/password after creating a new password.
