Hello @Melissa Gros
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Did you set up the Confluence subscription yourself? Have you been using the Free plan or a paid (Standard or Premium) plan?
When was the last time you accessed the content in the Confluence site?
If you have been using a Free plan and have not accessed the content for a long time then Atlassian may have deactivated your subscription. If you set up the subscription yourself you should be able to determine if it is still active by checking your billing information at https://admin.atlassian.com
Atlassian reserves the right to deactivate Free subscriptions that remain inactive for an extended period of time. They will send warning emails to the Organization Admin and Billing Contact for subscription that are approaching the inactivity time limit. And they will send an email when they actually deactivate the subscription.
After deactivation the data is held for a short period of time to give the customer an opportunity to reactivate the subscription. If that time period expires, the data is permanently deleted.
If you were on a paid subscription and the payment process failed then they also would've sent warning emails and an email about deactivation if the billing problem was not resolved.
As a user community we cannot access your subscription information to find out if this is what has occurred. But you can contact the Billing, Licensing, and Pricing Support team by completing and submitting the form at the following site:
https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
Good luck!
