how can I get this site to stop emailing me a ton of user questions?

I was in last night briefly, looking at a question I posted over a month ago...  I think I pressed the 'watch' icon. Not sure this is what is causing the problem, but wanted to mention it.   Now I'm being spammed with issues being submitted to this site which I do not care about.  What can I do to stop this?

You almost certainly hit "yes" when asked "would you like to watch this label".

Click on "topics" above and you'll get a list  of what you are watching.  With handy little X marks next to them.  (Give it a few minutes after belting a few of the Xs and it should stop emailing you...)
