Forget the my global admin Atlassian account and the email associated to this account just i remember the user name. can you help me by the way to recover this account it`s urgent please.

Hi Tech29

If this is a cloud atlassian account, they don't use usernames. You'll need to create a support ticket sorry. You'll need to still have access to the email address though, to reset the password.
