don't receive verification code

After I enter my username and password, I get the message to enter an 8-digit verification code that was emailed to my address, but i don't receive email ieven after  Clicking "Didn't get the code? Resend it" does nothing either.
- I've checked my spam folder and block list
- My email server isn't blocking any domains

I indicate that i use an other email adress than this working one

I see in the forum that it is because my account is deleted from atlassian base but i didn't ask for this

I never got the verification email either. I think that feature is broken but they wont fix it. And there's no way to contact them.
