deleting account

i really want to delete my atlassian account but i cannot due this error: 

• User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements.
• User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more non-cancelled subscriptions.

I dont have any applications or subscriptions active. I dont know what to do. Can you help me to delete completelly by atlassian?
