cant receive email with 2FA code

Hello,

for some days we can't receive emails because your IP is on hostkarma blacklist

can you whitelist this?

the same problem for now - Atlassian's mail is on https://www.junkemailfilter.com/spam/ and I cannot recieve anything. Can someone from support take care of that?

Since the block is not on the Atlassian side, I'm afraid we don't have a way to remove it. I sent instructions about how to proceed in this comment. Please contact your mail administrator to allowlist Atlassian emails with your blocklist providers.

The best way to address this issue is to request deletion from the blocklist by visiting https://ipadmin.junkemailfilter.com/remove.php and entering the IP address. I have completed the removal request form for the IP address you mentioned, however it may take a while to be removed.

If you’re still experiencing issues, I recommend asking your mail administrator to whitelist Atlassian emails with your blocklist providers. On this page, you'll find IP addresses and domains used by Atlassian that should be whitelisted.
