cannot change account email

I'm trying to change my account email to a new one

I changed the email from this link

Then got this message below:

Update pending verification

We just need you to check your email ---------------------- and to verify it’s you and complete the update.

But I never got the email. Tried this 3 or 4 times over the past couple of days, but no luck

any help?

Hi @Jack Brickey , I did, and its not there, I'm not getting any email from Atlassian,

I tried to change my account email to another Gmail account and also did not get the notification.

any suggestions?
