can a person be org admins for two different orgs?

can we assign same person organization admin role for two different organizaitons?

yes it works. As example, im Orgadmin of some Organisations.

but user can access data of all the orgs right?

The user has to select, in which organization he is working. , under Atlassian Administration for administartion puroposes or  work in Products like Jira, choosen by url where he is.  So the user has to switch every time.

ok, my scenario is like, I created a org A, and invited user X. But user X has already created a his own org B, now User X accepted the invite from A, and can be org admins of A and B?
