Will it still be possible to add external users to our Atlassian account if we connect to G Suite?

We're currently in the process of setting up JIRA and Confluence in our organisation, and we're interested in connecting them to G Suite so we can use our company Google usernames as a single sign-on. However, if we were to do this, will it still be possible to add external users to JIRA and Confluence? We work with some third party development companies, to whom we'll need to give access to some of our JIRA boards.
