Why am I having so much trouble trying to create a workspace?

I'm trying to create a workspace in Bitbucket, no matter what I do, it always show there was an error, I've tried chnaging the names, pretty much everything, and nothing works, all of a sudden I get an email saying that I was going to get billing info soon, and if I go to the manage subscription window, the project is there. I can't see anything in the worspaces view only through manage subscription, how am I supposed to create a repo and actially do something?

Hope you can help me out with this, at some point I'm willing to start paying for the service but this is making me change my mind, it shouln'd be that difficult.

Workspace creation may be restricted

If your organisation has set restrictions on workspace creation, you will have to request access to the workspace you created from an administrator within your organisation.
