You'll need to be a Site Admin - and then:

Select "Switch To" (the square with 9 smaller squares within it) on the left-hand menu
Select Administration
In the left-hand menu, select Billing
Select Billing History

You can download invoices from here - or request older ones via the Order Centre / My Atlassian.
