Hello Atlassian Support,
We were in the process of setting up a SAML SSO integration with Microsoft Entra ID and we enabled the Policy in Atlassian enforcing SSO-only login. Unfortunately, the integration is not functioning correctly, and we are now completely locked out of the portal.
This is an urgent request to reset the SAML configuration for our domain yottaa.com. No accounts are currently able to log in, and I’m unable to submit a support ticket through the portal due to the access issue. This is the only channel I could find to report the problem.
Could you please reset the SAML configuration to temporarily allow direct login? Our associated account is apctest@yottaa.com.
