we have missing bank statement from 11th - 25th November 2025.
However we are unable to raise the ticket on the below link due to no access/ permission issue to JIRA global portal.
Need your urgent and immediate assistance to get this resolved as we are approaching month end and need to get this resolved ASAP.

Hi @Archana A , when you say you don't have permission to raise this request on the Jira Global Portal, could you clarify what portal you're referring to?
This feels like a question that should be directed at the Atlassian Support portal, which can be accessed at support.atlassian.com. You'll need to be an administrator of your instance, so you may need to get some support from your admin team.
There should be a billing option there to get help from Atlassian.
In addition, it may be worth while to check admin.atlassian.com/billing as well. Again, you'll need help from your Admin team here to ensure someone with the proper access is logged in.
