I'm unable to log in to my account due to an expired email domain. I can't regain the email domain. I'm able to put username and password but I'm unable to read the verification code from the email and thus unable to login.

What are the steps to regain access to atlassian account. I can provide a lot of information about the contents of the account to prove that it's really me.

Problem is that I'm writing here with my other atlassian account and when I try to create the ticket to support it asks me to give "the URL of your product" . When I give it, it points to me that the account admin should create the ticket. That's what I'm trying to do but since I can't login I can't create the case for that specific URL of the product.

Please support with the next steps.

HI @Jari Warpenius

That means, you need to ask an admin of the instance you are on to create the case for you.

Only admins can create cases at Atlassian Support.
