Unable to login Atlassian's job portal - candidate login

Hi all,

    I am unable to log in to my Atlassian job portal. Specifically, I cannot reset the main Atlassian account's password. Can someone kindly help urgently? The password reset email is also not reaching the inbox, and I have checked the Spam folder too.
