Hi all,

    I am unable to log in to my Atlassian job portal. Specifically, I cannot reset the main Atlassian account's password. Can someone kindly help urgently? The password reset email is also not reaching the inbox, and I have checked the Spam folder too.

My account is still blocked. Which channel should I raise this issue in? Can anyone please share? 

 

@Shalini Pradhan the troubleshooting page asks for the organization's Atlassian URL. I am just an individual trying to access my job applications page.
