Recently I created an atlassian account with a free tier subscription.
I've trying to delete the organization by following all steps but when it comes to disable apps subscriptions something like "Managed by Atlassian for you" so I'm not able to proceed with deletion.
What could I do to fix this?
Yep that “Managed by Atlassian for you” banner usually means you’re not doing anything wrong… it’s telling you: you can’t remove that subscription yourself, so the org deletion flow gets blocked.

In admin.atlassian.com → Billing, make sure every product/site subscription is canceled.
If the only thing left shows “Managed by Atlassian for you”, don’t fight it, open a Support ticket and ask them to remove the Atlassian-managed subscription/app so you can delete the organization. That’s the normal fix for this scenario.
