Hello, everyone,
I need help with deleting an Atlassian organization
I am the Organization admin.
My organization is on the original billing experience.
All apps included in my active subscriptions were canceled and deactivated at the end of January (well over 15 days ago).
There are no domains (verified or unverified) listed under Directory > Domains.
When I attempt to delete the organization, I am still prompted to remove all apps, even though none remain.
There are no discovered or connected apps linked to the organization.
I have reviewed Atlassian’s documentation and followed all steps for deleting an organization, including removing all domains and apps
For reference, this organization is a Free "rogue" organziation created by an old user in our company and this is blocking a successful user deactivation.
Hello @tiago_santos
Accidental Organization Creation is rather common occurence (happened twice in the Organization I was the admin of :) )
It takes a while for the org to disappear after deactivation as this is tied to your billing cycle.

Having said that, as this causing other issues, I would contact Atlassian Support https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
After you go thru the details and AI answers to create a ticket, scroll all the way down - you should see the option to chat with a live agent.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to do so as the org is a free organization.
I was forwarded to the community (here).
Thanks for the feedback. I'll keep an eye on this from time to time, but at least I was able to suspend user (and other similar cases) access to our "PROD" apps.
