I am trying to delete my Atlassian account but keep getting an error saying I can't delete it because I am the last billing admin of a transaction account with active entitlements. However, I am on a Free plan and have no active subscriptions or paid plans. I mistakenly created this account while trying to use Loom.
I have tried all self-service options and support routes, but none have resolved this issue. I feel stuck and unable to delete my account.
Can someone from Atlassian please help me manually remove the billing admin lock or guide me on how to proceed?
