Unable to create new site

I have tried to sign up and create a new site however i am getting the following error every time: 

Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: 2c5f99e534054c2898f9cf9064e9d990)

Different Issue ID each time i try

Before contacting support, check that your site name would form a valid url.  If, for example, you wanted "My Company.atlassian.net", this will fail because of the invalid space, and you'll want to try my-company.atlassian.net instead.

Can you please try incognito mode?

It would be better to contact Atlassian support.
