We have an Atlassian account (@Yash) used for Bitbucket and other Atlassian services.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) was enabled on this account. However, we are currently unable to log in because:
The authenticator app is no longer accessible.
We do not have the 24-character recovery key.
Backup recovery codes are not available.
There is no alternative authentication method configured.
As a result, we are completely locked out of the account.
We would like assistance with:
Disabling 2FA for this account, or
Resetting the 2FA so we can regain access.
We are ready to provide any required verification details to confirm account ownership.
Please guide us on how to proceed.
