URGENT support for confluence log in

Hope you are doing well.

I have an issue regarding to confluence account log in problem and need your urgent support.

My confluence account is created by gmail email adress. But recently I lost my phone number and forgot the password for my gmail email adress. Then I can not receive the email notification any more. But since yesterday, our confluence account is asking for email validation which blocked my log in. I have lots of document in our confluence . can you please advise how can I change my email address and log in again in this case? Thanks a lot.

The best option is to recover the gmail email address. You may want to contact Google's support.

On the other hands, do request for a new/change user account from your admin. Depending on the platform, the admin will be able to change email address or create a new account in this instance.

Have you tried to recover your Gmail account, even if you lost your phone, I understand that you can put the number on another phone, recover the Gmail account and then recover the Confluence account.

Unfortunately the Confluence account is linked to your email account, but I understand that other people will be able to enter, you can also ask the administrator to change your email account.
