Trello and Atlassian Ghost Account
Hello,
The other day, a coworker invited me to participate on her Trello board. When I clicked the share link, the website gave me an account @akdiperi when I tried to link it to my work email.
When I tried to log into it yesterday, it created an entirely new account instead, which is now linked to the same work email account via Google and Microsoft Outlook. This one is @alexdiperi1.
This one let me verify my email properly, unlike the ghost account @akdiperi. I want to use the username akdiperi, but I can't get into the weird, floating account in any way, since account recovery attempts connect to alexdiperi1 instead.
I'm not particularly comfortable having to give this information in a forum, as opposed to directly to support, since this is tied to account details.
