HELP! I intended to sign up for the free subscription, it put me on a trial for the highest upgrade.
the contact support is impossible to get ahold of, I'm getting the run around. when I found the page to downgrade, the only functioning tab was to downgrade to a lesser paid subscription - I did not come her for paid.
I also can't seem to even download the app to my Mac properly... its not populating anywhere.
please tell me someone knows how to fix this!!

I see that you added the tag "loom" to your post. Is Loom the product subscription you are trying to downgrade?
