Hello,
We recently used the Jira Software Standard plan trial, but the trial period has now expired.
Our team currently has 7 users, and based on our usage, the Free plan (up to 10 users) is sufficient for us.
However, we are unsure how to properly revert the project back to the Free plan, as there does not appear to be a direct downgrade option in the billing settings.
Could you please advise on the correct steps to:
End the Standard plan trial (if not already ended)
Revert the Jira project back to the Free plan
Ensure that no billing will occur going forward
If additional actions are required (e.g., removing payment details), please let us know.
