Hi Jira team,
I'm the admin for a free Jira cloud site (keen-app.atlassian.net) that was recently deactivated due to inactivity as was dealing with a bereavement and put the project on pause. The site still shows a warning that data may be deleted soon if I dont reactivate. I've tried every route with the help of ChatGPT but hitting blockers everywhere so it can only now send me to community support. The site wont even let me upgrade my plan, it just gives an error page. Could you please escalate this so my site is restored before permanent deletion?
Thank you for any help you can provide,
Harry
Hello @harry foreman ,
Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)
I have already created a ticket with the concerned team and they will contact you soon! I have responded on your other community post created for the same concern.
Thank you!
Only Atlassian support can restore the site. Did you manage to raise a request with atlassian as described in https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/can-i-restore-an-organization/ ?

Hi Fazila, thanks for your response. Unfortunately I seem to be in a catch 22 situation, I can’t raise a support ticket as I’m not on a paid plan, and I can’t upgrade to a paid plan because my site is deactivated. My only route is via community support and hoping that a ticket can be raised on my behalf.
Frustrating but I only have myself to blame for ignoring the deactivation warning messages last month!
any further help much appreciated,
Harry
