Request for Monthly User-wise License Utilization Details (From Jan 2026)

Dear Team,

I am Senthilkumar Thiyagarajan from Caresoft Global, serving as Jira Billing Admin / Org Admin.

We receive Jira billing invoices on the 7th of every month.

The invoices provide application-wise user counts and total costs. For example:

• Confluence Premium – 15 users – $198.00
• Guard Standard – 204 users – $856.80
• Jira Premium – 132 users – $2,268.40
• eazyBI Reports and Charts – 155 users – $333.00
• Service Management Premium – 40 agents – $2,108.25

We would like to request detailed information on user license utilization. Specifically, we require:

• User-wise (name and email ID) details
• Application-wise license usage
• Month-wise data starting from January 2026 onwards

This information will help us better understand license usage and optimize our billing.

If you require individual monthly invoice numbers for this request, please let me know. I will be happy to share them.
