Hi Alexis,
You are able to claim multiple domains under a single Organization.

And as a User, you are able to be a part of multiple Organizations.
But, a single domain can only be claimed by one Organization. e.g. Once Organization1 claims the Acme.com domain, no other organization can claim acme.com.
