Product(s) in Organization not showing

We cant see under our organization page under product the connected products from our company site.

We created a site page for JIRA Software and JIRA Work Management and added the Organization afterwards. Domain is also verified and i am the only user/admin to the organization and to the site page.

What can we possibly do to solve this issue?

Has anybody common or same issues? For us is this quiet important to fix because we cant otherwise pin our product to Cloud Host in the EU, which is mandatory

Jira support is not able to give feedback since 1 week. Anybody facing similiar issues?
