Our procurement onboarding process requires verification with EFTsure

We are a not for profit organisation based in Australia and I’m in the process of having Atlassian on boarded as a supplier. However I’m told our onboarding process requires supplier verification via EFTsure. I’ve been told the Atlassian Cloud Terms of Service prevent Atlassian from completing this process and so I’m wondering if anyone else has needed this and was there another way to complete the onboarding process?

How were you able to on board Atlassian as a supplier?

Hi @Brant Schroeder , we were thank you. The challenge we faced was a requirement to login and accept conditions on our end. We were able to work through internally to find a solution which included a different method of verification. The Atlassian Team was really understanding and worked with us to achieve the shared outcome.
