On upgrading the user quota what will be the pricing strategy

 

Like we have 25 user license say I create more user that this allowed bucket we move to 50 users bucket.

 

But what will be the criteria for billing as our billin g date is 5th of every month , so on creating more user today whether this will be charged on pro rata basis.

Hi Jatin,

If your current billing date is on the 5th of the month and you upgraded your Bitbucket account to 50 users from 25 you will be charged the following month for those upgraded users.

Ex: If you upgraded on September 2nd 2017, but bill on September 5th 2017 you will not be charged for those additional users until October 5th 2017.
