Not able to complete Maintain users and their access in an organization course in My Learning

Hello,

I am getting error while completing a course. Here you gave option to choose only one, but the correct answer it is expecting to select 2. Due to this I am not able to complete the Admin course. Could you please help me to resolve this.Screenshot 2026-03-12 203006.png

Hi Mallika,

Sorry to hear you're facing this issue.

It sounds like the assessment question may have a configuration problem where the interface allows only one selection, while the correct answer requires selecting two options. This would prevent you from completing the course successfully.

Please raise this issue with the learning platform support team and include a screenshot of the question along with the course name and module details. This will help them investigate and fix the issue more quickly.

Once the issue is resolved, you should be able to complete the course without any problems.

If you're unable to complete the "Maintain Users and Their Access in an Organization" course in My Learning, try checking whether there are any incomplete modules, quizzes, assessments, or acknowledgments that must be finished before the course can be marked as complete.

You may also want to:

  • Refresh the page and log in again.

  • Clear your browser cache or try a different browser.

  • Verify that all lessons show 100% completion.

  • Check if there is a final assessment or survey that must be submitted.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting your Learning Management System (LMS) administrator or support team and providing details such as the course name, screenshots of the completion status, and any error messages you are seeing. They can review your learning record and help resolve any system-related issues.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache, using an incognito/private window, or switching to a different browser? Sometimes course completion tracking can get stuck due to browser issues.

If the problem persists, I'd recommend contacting the learning platform support team and providing screenshots, the course name, and details about where you're getting blocked. They should be able to check your completion status and resolve any backend issues.
