No verification email for new login

I logged in from a new computer, and the system requires email verification. However, I have not received any verification email in my inbox or junk folder.

Hi @Somphop L 

You might be blacklisted.

Ask you Atlassian administrator/Jira administrator fro help.

He/She, even might need to reach out to Atlassian to remove your mail from a blacklist.

Here on the community we are users like you, we can't access any instances.
