When I want to reach my organisation I see an error message:
Page unavailable
Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.
Please check Atlassian Status for known problems.
If there are no known problems and your page hasn't appeared again in 5-10 minutes then please contact our support team.

I suspect you've already got this problem sorted out, but if not, you'll want to check through admin.atlassian.com to see if your product's billing is correct and up to date.
Usually, that message will only show up if there's an outage (you can check https://status.atlassian.com) or if your site is inactive and offline.
