Hi, I had an email saying my organisation has been deleted due to inactivity. However I know I had data in Jira that I would like to back up before it is deleted. The email has this line:
> If you want to keep your organisation, we suggest you contact support within 15 days from receiving this email.
I received this email 7 days ago but as far as I can see there is no way to contact support, I just get redirected here to the community support forums.
Can someone assist with this please? Thanks

Yep I've tried that already but unfortunately it's not able to find the organisation URL I enter. Every other option I can select is either not relevant or directs me to these forums.
