My old e-mail account got hacked. How can I recover my account?

I used to know my old password and attempted to log in, but because of a data breach problem it forces me to change my password. I don't have access to that account anymore, though.

Is there any way to recover my account? I have a lot of proof of it being mine, every website helped me get my accounts back except for Discord.

You can raise a request at atlassian support https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ and ask for help. We can't do anything about your atlassian account.

I ask because you mentioned Discord, which is not an Atlassian product.
