My customer, Boston Dynamics uses Atlassian Network Services Inc web application. Who do I need to talk to?

My customer can’t get to 104.192.142.17, through the Cogent network.

Can you provide names and email address for the network Admin and Infrastructure at Atlassian, so I schedule a meeting to resolve the issue?

Hi @Jon Lundquist

As @Fazila Ashraf mentions contact Atlassian Support, but I don't know an application from Atlassian called "Atlassian Network Services Inc web application"

And I'm working with the toolset from this company for over 10 years, are you sure this is the application, can you provide more details on the application, please?

@Marc -Devoteam- , i was curious too.. Havent heard of this before. Did a search and found that it is a subsidary of Atlassian . Assumed he might have some hosting related issues with that and redirected to support.  And yes, @Jon Lundquist , any further detail about the app would help us understand better to help you and also enrich our knowledge :)

Hi @Jon Lundquist

What are you trying to achieve?

This is a community forum this is not Atlassian Support. You will never be able to directly access the AWS backend where Atlassian SaaS is running!

BD is trying to reach 104.192.142.17, but is getting stopped in the AWS network. Can you do a reverse ping.

Source is from the Cogent fabric. Destination is at least this range owned by Atlassian  104.192.136.0 - 104.192.143.255  https://client.rdap.org/?type=ip&object=104.192.142.17&follow-referral=0

[traceroute] Provide a trace route while the issue is occurring.

traceroute to 104.192.142.17 (104.192.142.17), 30 hops max, 60 byte packets
