Mojang wont send me any emais

when i put forget password mojang wont send me the damn email. Also i'm having trouble with mojang cuz every damn week i change my password to the same fucking password and when i try and play some MC it says my password is wrong. This company gets worse and worse every year

Mojang use Atlassian Jira, it's not uncommon for people on their site to click on "help with Jira" instead of "Help with Mojang" and end up here.
