Missing email with access code

Hi
I have problem with my company account Nozze & Delizie.This is my personal account just to ask a question since I cannot login my other account.

When I try to login it is asking me to enter OTP from email but email never arrives in my mailbox.
And when I try to recover my account also not getting any emails from Atlassian side.
I need help on the matter.

I’ve checked and I can’t find the message also in my inbox or spam folder.

My professional email is valentina@nozzeedelizie.it

Could you please help me?

  2. Check email filters or rules: Make sure nothing is blocking emails from Atlassian (@atlassian.com).
  3. Whitelist Atlassian emails: Add no-reply@atlassian.com to your safe sender list.
  4. Try a different device or network: Occasionally corporate firewalls may block automated emails.
