Merge licenses from 2 account where 1 has disabled email

Hi!

I have Jira Data Center setup. Some licenses are linked to account 1 (with email 1) and some to account 2 (with email 2). Both emails belong to one company, but some time ago my email 2 was deactivated. How can I move (merge) licenses from email 2 to email 1 not having access to account2/email2?

There is no way to merge the licenses managed by 2 different atlassian accounts when one is deactivated. You can do the following

• Contact Atlassian Support to transfer the ownership
• Change the billing/technical contact on Atlassian account for licenses

Could You please point me to the link where I can open a ticket? The one I found is applicable only for cloud Jira, when I need for Data Center flavor.

Opened a ticket. Hopefully because it's opened as a Jira issue, but actually is an Atlassian portal issue, it won't be blocked at some step.
