A member of my organization can't seem to get the "8-digit code" verification email after creating their new account.
I'm their IT Support staff, I've checked:
- Quarantine: Nothing in there.
- I've had them click "re-send" the verification email multiple times
- Other employees can receive verification mail normally.
- Inside Azure, the sign-in Logs display "Success"
- I ran a message trace on their mail, no "noreply+xxxxx@id.atlassian.com" into their account.
- a message trace on "@id.atlassian.com" returns other employee mails but not this specific employee.
