Dear Atlassian Team,
I am writing to request your assistance in regaining access to my Bitbucket account.
Unfortunately, I have lost control over the domain associated with my email address, which is linked to my Atlassian account. While I still have access to the mailbox and can view all previously received emails, I am currently unable to receive any new messages — including the verification codes required to log in — due to the expiration of the domain name. The new owner of the domain is not responding to my attempts to contact them regarding its recovery or repurchase.
As a result, I am locked out of my Bitbucket account and cannot access my repositories, despite knowing the correct login and password.
To confirm my ownership of the account, I am ready to provide the following information:
My login, password (privately, if required), and the associated email address.
A link to the Bitbucket workspace.
The name of a private repository.
List of users who had access to that repository.
Dates of last activity in the account.
Copies of the last received emails from Bitbucket and Atlassian.
A certificate confirming my ownership of the domain (issued using my personal ID documents during the time I controlled the domain).
Exact dates when I owned the domain and when it expired.
Any additional details you may need to verify my identity and ownership.
I would deeply appreciate your help in updating the email associated with my account so I can regain access and continue my work.
Thank you for your time and support. Please let me know if you need any further information from my side.
Best regards,
Denis
