I have an account subhan.inamdar@invisible.email. but i lost the password and when i try for recovery link, the mail goes to that email ID, which i don't have access.
Also when i try to login it says

were you the admin of the instance? If not I'd suggest reaching out to the admin of the instance to recover it for you.
As you also seem to be linked to an authentication policy they might need to remove you from that so you can recover it.
