Login issue

[subhan inamdar]

hi, 

I have an account subhan.inamdar@invisible.email. but i lost the password and when i try for recovery link, the mail goes to that email ID, which i don't have access. 

Also when i try to login it says 

Your sign-in settings don't meet your organisation's 2-Step Verification policy.

Contact your admin for more info.

Could you provide me recovery mail for subhan.inamdar@invisible.email on my another mail ID subhaninamdar@gmail.com?

• Contact the org admin of the site and explain him the same and try to resolve the issue
• If org admin can't create a ticket with atlassian support and it will require the org admin to accept some permissions to make those changes

were you the admin of the instance? If not I'd suggest reaching out to the admin of the instance to recover it for you.

As you also seem to be linked to an authentication policy they might need to remove you from that so you can recover it.
