Login issue: a new account was created in my organization and now I can't log in with the admin user

Hello, I tried to log in to my account, but instead of accessing the existing one, it created a new account within my organization. I am the administrator and need to recover access to my original account. Can anyone help me with this issue?

You will likely need to open a ticket for this as we cannot, unfortunately, do much in terms of practical support for accounts - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
