Hi,
we urgently need assistance to regain access to our Atlassian platform.
The only administrator of our organization has left the company, and we no longer have access to their Atlassian account and this prevents us from performing any administrative operations.
We kindly request the intervention of a support engineer who can help us restore access by assigning admin permissions to a new company account.
Application URL: https://nomuri.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/CA/boards/25
Thank you in advance for your support.
Kind regards.
Welcome to the community.
I have requested assistacne for you from Atlassian on this post.
They should reach out via this post within two business days, keep an eye out on updates on this post.
Thank you Marc!

Adding a related question to a post that is more than 6 months old is considered "necroposting" and is discouraged per the Community Guidelines.
I recommend that you start a new Question by clicking on the +Ask a question button at the top of the Forums screen. Describe your complete scenario. If this current post is relevant than add a comment about that and a link to this post.
The other reason to start a new question is because only the people that replied to this current question, the original author, and people Watching this question are notified of changes to it. Creating a new Question will result in your question moving to the top of the unanswered questions list, which will make it visible to the wider community and more likely to get input from more community members.

Thank you for sharing your URL site where you are looking for help.
We couldn't locate you as a user of the site too, and since it requires more information and some information should not be shared here for security and privacy purposes, we have created a support ticket on your behalf.
You should have received an email about the request and the title should be similar to the one you used to create this thread, along with a ticket number.
Feel free to access your ticket directly at https://support.atlassian.com/requests/. :)
We hope this helps, and if there is anything else you would like to share in the meantime, feel free to keep us posted on the ticket!
Cheers,
Jessica
